All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card or PayPal. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 28 days. However, group products that have associated names are dispatched within 28 days of the proof being signed off by the school.
Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us.
If 14 days have passed then please contact us either by email on email@example.com or call 01295 250812 and select option 2, we will then be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.
As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders can only be cancelled within 24hours of being placed. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent.
All orders placed by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.
For all other products, customers have 14 days to return any unwanted goods. Please return the item to the address below via recorded delivery at your own cost. You must include a copy of your invoice and note why you are returning the goods. Unwanted items may incur a handling charge.
Faulty goods MUST BE returned within 14 days, please contact us either by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01295 250812 and select option 2. As soon as we receive the item/s and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Complaints must be made directly to The School Photography Company within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to; email@example.com
The School Photography Company do not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code.
The School Photography Company will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.

Personal details will only be used for the purpose of producing and dispatching your order and will be deleted after final delivery of the products.
If you provide any suggestions or feedback on our website, it will only be used to develop the site and will be deleted once dealt with.
Any information given to The School Photography Company Ltd in confidence will be processed in accordance with the law. It will not be disclosed to anyone outside the company without your permission, unless it is lawful for us to do so. We will not send any statistical information to third parties.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us here at The School Photography Company, the products that we offer are bespoke therefore we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 28 days. However, group photograph products that have associated student names require the school to approve that the names are correct; this can sometimes cause a delay. Once we receive the schools approval, you will be notified by email and your order will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of this approval.

Q: Where can I locate the Photo ID and Photo Key on my order form?
A: Your Photo ID and Photo Key can either be found in the top right hand corner of your order form or on the reverse of the form.
Q: I have received multiple order forms but I can only see one photo in my gallery, how can I view the other photographs?
A: Once logged into your account and viewing your photo gallery on the right hand side of the screen there is a section named “Add a photo to your gallery”, enter the additional Photo ID and Photo Key from your other order form. When the Photo ID and Photo Key have been entered ensure that you click the orange “Add photo” button, the new image will be added to your gallery. Once added you can select the relevant photograph and click the orange “Order this photo” button.
Q: Where can I find my internet order number?
A: Your internet order number will be detailed on the confirmation email that was sent to you when you first placed your order.
Q: What is my user name?
A: Your user name is the email address you used to register when you first set up your account with The School Photography Company.
Q: I have forgotten my password to my account, how do I find out what this is?
A: Under the “Returning visitors”' section you will see a “Forgotten Password?” link. Click the link and enter your email address that you used when you initially registered and a new password will be emailed to you.
Q: I have missed the date to return my order to the school, how do I place an order now?
A: On the reverse of your order form you will find instructions on how to place a late order.
Q. I have lost my order form, how do I order my child’s photographs?
A. You can contact us by email on email@example.com or call 01295 250 812 and select option 2, a member of our customer care team will be able to give you the details that you require to place an order.
Q: I have lost the original envelope that the order form came in. How can I complete a postal order?
A: Place the order form into a standard envelope and address it to;
Q: I am ordering online but require my product to be delivered to an alternative address, is this possible?
A: Yes, this is no problem. Once you have selected your product move to the checkout screen and you will have an option to deliver to your home address or an alternative address.
Q: How long do photographs take to arrive once ordered? A
